TransferHub ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at transferhub.club (the "Site"). This policy explains what data we process, why, the legal bases we rely on, who we share it with, and the rights you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.
1. Who is the data controller
TransferHub is the controller for personal data processed through the Site. For any privacy request, contact privacy@transferhub.net.
2. What we collect
- Usage & device data — pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location (country/region), browser type, device type, and interaction events, collected via analytics cookies.
- Advertising identifiers & cookies — set by Google AdSense and its partners to serve and measure ads (see Section 5).
- Consent records — your cookie-consent choice and timestamp, stored locally in your browser.
We do not ask for or store names, emails, passwords, or payment data. We do not run user accounts.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — for non-essential analytics and personalized advertising cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — for basic, aggregated, non-identifying measurement to keep the Site running and secure.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use: strictly necessary cookies (always on, needed for the Site to function); analytics cookies (Google Analytics, only with consent); and advertising cookies (Google AdSense and partners, only with consent). You can change or withdraw your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
5. Advertising — Google AdSense & partners
We display ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- For users in the EEA/UK, we use a consent mechanism compliant with Google's EU User Consent Policy; ads are non-personalized unless you consent.

6. Analytics
We use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization where available) to understand aggregate traffic. Analytics runs only after you consent. See Google's Privacy Policy.
7. Sharing & international transfers
We share data only with the service providers above (Google for ads/analytics, and our hosting provider Vercel) strictly to operate the Site. These providers may process data outside your country, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Data retention
Analytics and advertising data are retained per the providers' standard periods. Your local consent record persists until you clear it or it expires after 12 months.
9. Your rights
EEA/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money; some ad cookies may constitute "sharing" under CPRA — use "Cookie settings" to opt out.

10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us for removal.
